The Role of the Home School Association

The role of the Home School Association is to support the work of the school by holding enjoyable events for children, parents, staff and the local community.  The Home School Association raises money through it's events for the benefit of the school.  Events have included an Auction of promises, Christmas fairs, Children's discos, weekly Cake raffle, Quiz nights, Printer cartridge recycling, Sports morning and Summer fairs.  Examples of items funded by the HSA include more stage blocks, curtains for the main hall, laptops and digital cameras for each class.
The Home School Association meet approximately every six weeks at the school, meetings are held normally in the evenings on a variety of nights.  They are open meetings and anyone is welcome to attend.   The Home School Association is a group of enthusiastic parents and staff wanting to raise funds for the school to promote the good work that the children and staff produce.
