ABOUT THE NECKLACE PROJECT |

The Necklace Project, based at St John’s C of E Primary School, is run by a group of people from the Parish of Brize Norton and Carterton as their way of helping to establish a community on the Shilton Park Estate.The Necklace Project provides a range of activities. The aim is to encourage people to meet others, make new friends, and help the community grow and develop together.

The Shilton Park Estate has around 1500 dwellings and is getting close to its projected size. It is served by St John’s School as well as by a Health Centre, Leisure Centre and a Sports Pavilion.St John’s School is in Bluebell Way, Shilton Park, Carterton, OX18 1JP (tel. 01993 843124). It caters for children aged five to eleven years and is growing rapidly. The School is well positioned as our meeting place.A map can be found on the Community Website here.
